1. Booking your appointment

Every appointment is booked through Fresha, where you can pick your treatment, see live availability, and choose a preferred therapist if you have one. 2. Arriving at the studio

The studio is on Jalan Pantai Seseh, in Cemagi, Mengwi, a short drive from Canggu and near Seseh Beach. There’s parking available on site, so you don’t need to plan around street parking in the village. Aim to arrive a few minutes early — it gives you time to settle in before your consultation starts.

3. Your consultation

Before any treatment begins, your therapist — Dinda or Risma — will take a proper look at your natural lashes or brows and talk through the result you’re after. This is the point to mention if you wear glasses or contacts, have any sensitivities, or want a softer or more defined finish than usual.

4. The treatment itself

A Lash Lift takes about an hour: your natural lashes are lifted and set using silicone shields sized to your eyes, then treated to hold the curl. The Lash Lift Spa follows the same process with a relaxing massage added, while Brow Lamination reshapes and sets your brow hairs into a fuller-looking structure. Appointments are unhurried, so expect a relaxed hour rather than a rushed one.

Lash Lift + Tint + Hydration — IDR 490K, roughly 6–8 weeks of results.
Lash Lift Spa — IDR 690K, the same lift with tint and hydration, finished with a relaxing massage.
Brow Lamination — IDR 400K, shape and structure for fuller-looking brows.
Lash Extensions — classic, medium or full volume sets from IDR 690K with 2-week refills, and removal from IDR 100K if you’re switching from extensions.

5. Aftercare before you leave

6. Rebooking

Most clients rebook every 6–8 weeks once they see how their lift or lamination fades. You can rebook directly through Fresha, request the same therapist again, and build it into an ongoing routine.

What to bring, and what not to worry about

There’s very little you need to prepare in advance. Arriving with clean lashes and no eye makeup makes the consultation and treatment slightly quicker, but it isn’t essential — a gentle cleanse happens at the studio either way. If you wear contacts, it’s worth removing them for the appointment if that’s comfortable for you, though your therapist can also work around glasses or contacts if you’d rather keep them in.

Time. Set aside roughly an hour for a Lash Lift or Brow Lamination, without needing to rush off immediately after.

Returning for a second visit

Second appointments tend to move faster, since your therapist already has a sense of your natural lashes or brows and what worked well the first time. Many clients settle into a 6–8 week rhythm, rebooking through Fresha as their previous treatment starts to soften.

If you’re coming from lash extensions

Switching from lash extensions to a Lash Lift is common, but it needs an extra step first. Extensions shouldn’t be pulled off at home, since that can damage your natural lashes underneath — they need to be professionally removed, which is available at the studio from IDR 100K. Mention during booking or your consultation that you’re currently wearing extensions, so the visit can be planned accordingly.

Getting to the studio
